Grit Marketing Solutions was founded by Jay Tamayo in 2022. Before starting the agency, Jay worked as a Virtual Assistant, working alongside talented professionals and experienced business leaders — and seeing firsthand the impact of strong leadership and effective marketing inspired him to build an agency that business owners could truly rely on.
We started with a small team of fewer than ten people and one goal: deliver real results with honesty, integrity, and commitment. As the digital marketing industry grew, Jay noticed too many agencies making big promises and failing to deliver — leaving business owners out real money for results that never came. Grit was built to change that.
