Social Media + Inside Sales

Richard Pobre, Real Estate Team Leader

Engagement: Social Media Management + Inside Sales Agent
Duration: 2023–2024

The Challenge

Richard had built a habit of consistent posting for 6 months prior to working with us, and his content quality was already decent. But without a clear content strategy or a CRM system in place, his social media presence wasn't translating into a reliable stream of business. Leads that did come in had no structured way to be tracked, qualified, or followed up on.

Our Approach

We took over as both Social Media Manager and Inside Sales Agent, delivering a full-funnel system:

✓Content: Video editing and content strategy, posting twice daily to build consistency and visibility
✓Lead Generation: A clear, comment-based CTA on every post (e.g. "Comment 'WOODS'") that triggered an automated ManyChat sequence
✓Qualification & CRM: Leads were nurtured from warm to hot through the automation, then synced directly into Follow Up Boss — giving full visibility into which agent on Richard's team each lead belonged to, so we could personally follow up and assist in closing
✓Sales Support: Ongoing inside sales support to move qualified leads toward booked appointments and closings
